Before your arrival these items must be received in our office:
- Full rental amount
- Damage deposit, typically $500 or $1000
- Booking Fee of $36.75 including tax
- Guest contract
For most properties, to initially secure your booking an deposit of $200/week plus the booking fee of $36.75 is due.
90 days prior to your arrival:
The balance of the damage deposit, the full rental amount and guest contract are due.
Our recommendation is to return the guest contract along with a post dated cheque for the balance of the final payment and damage deposit. We will hold this cheque until 90 days prior to arrival and will cash it then.
